Shotomatic 1.9.8: Automatic Update Fix
Shotomatic 1.9.8 fixes an automatic update issue that could reopen the previous version after you chose Relaunch.
We fixed a bug in automatic updates. If a downloaded update sat ready for a while, choosing Relaunch could close the window and reopen the version you were already using instead of launching the new version.
Once an update finishes downloading, Shotomatic now keeps it ready until you relaunch. Choosing Relaunch installs and opens the downloaded version normally, even if you wait before using the button.
If this happened before, quitting Shotomatic completely and opening it again still installed the pending update. Version 1.9.8 removes the need for that extra quit.
